Thanks for the sources you provided. They are solid, in theory. If we were writing a paper or a report, we'd have no problem. Unfortunately, Wikipedia relies mostly on secondary sources, rather than official documents like these. So, for these documents to be used to back up the claim that Vanuatu, Timor-Leste and PNG recognise the Palestinian state, ideally, the documents need to be cited alongside a reliable published source (like a news report or a book) that makes the exact same claim.
