February 2016 edit

Hello, I'm CAPTAIN RAJU. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Stain has been undone because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. March 2019 edit

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Fraction (mathematics), without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. General Ization Talk 00:34, 15 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at The BFG, you may be blocked from editing. General Ization Talk 00:36, 15 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

what ? am trying to Protect wikipedia's Information --Gyan333 (talk) 00:37, 15 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
Then you're doing it wrong. Please pay attention to your edits. Perhaps you can explain how this and this are "protecting" anything? General Ization Talk 00:41, 15 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
What you actually appear to be doing is reverting other editors' edits, including those that involve removing information that should not be present and restoring information that should not be removed. You need to pay attention to what it is that is being removed or added before you revert any other editor's edit -- and in general, you should never revert ClueBot (as you did in the latter edit), which typically only reverts obvious vandalism. what about this ---Gyan333 (talk) 00:49, 15 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
That one's a toss-up. The content has been unsourced and marked as such for more than two years, and that being the case it is eligible for removal. The IP should not have removed it without explanation, but the removal may indeed be valid. However, as an editor who I sense is relatively new to Wikipedia, I would suggest that you leave those kind of borderline cases to more experienced editors. General Ization Talk 00:52, 15 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
No, it's not a toss-up. "I be flossing" is clear vandalism. -KH-1 (talk) 01:02, 15 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
Well, yup. I missed that detail. General Ization Talk 01:05, 15 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
so how can i help wikipedia? --Gyan333 (talk) 00:54, 15 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
Assuming your primary interest is addressing vandalism: Slow down. Think about what you're about to do before you do it. If you're unsure, leave the issue for another editor. General Ization Talk 00:56, 15 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
