@Auric: Neither does using {{cite web}} if you fix the references to be in English.

And, as the documentation for {{citar web}} says, "The Template:Citar_web runs 20-25 per second, but users should translate to {{cite web}}, as time permits." It didn't take much time, so I just fixed them.

(The template documentation for {{citar web}} also says "The Template:Citar_web handles Portuguese-language (or Catalan) parameters for {{cite web}}", so if the parameters are in Spanish, that's the wrong template to use.) Guy Harris (talk) 17:23, 10 September 2018 (UTC)

Spanish and Catalan are related enough that {{citar web}} works. I was working to translate them, but I got a conflict when I tried to publish. I looked and saw that you had already done this. Thanks for helping!--Auric talk 17:30, 10 September 2018 (UTC)
