I know you are probably more familiar with notability rules than 99% of people here; just wanted to make sure I don't miss anything, especially given the influx of recent academic pages that did not satisfy notability. No worries; this is outside my usual area of expertise. I listened to Sold a Story and wanted to update the Reading First page. (It's very light on details: what was the motivation for the program, why did it fail, what did it seek to fix?) Reid Lyon is a significant figure in the history of the program. I believe that being one of the framers of Reading First counts as "a significant impact in their scholarly discipline". (He also holds a "Distinguished Professor" position at SMU.)
