Hi, I'm sorry that I had to revert your edit to List of dog crossbreeds, but Wikipedia articles cannot be cited as references in articles. You can learn more about that at WP:CIRCULAR. I do appreciate you trying to add a citation where it's needed, but it should be to an independent, reliable source. Happy editing! Schazjmd (talk) 20:09, 30 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

Just follow the steps 1, 2 and 3 as shown and fill in the details

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. Remember that when adding content about health, please only use high-quality reliable sources as references. We typically use review articles, major textbooks and position statements of national or international organizations. (There are several kinds of sources that discuss health: here is how the community classifies them and uses them.) WP:MEDHOW walks you through editing step by step. A list of resources to help edit health content can be found here. The edit box has a built-in citation tool to easily format references based on the PMID or ISBN.

  1. While editing any article or a wikipage, on the top of the edit window you will see a toolbar which has a button "Cite" click on it
  2. Then click on "Automatic" or "Manual"
  3. For Manual: Choose the most appropriate template and fill in the details, then click "Insert"
  4. For Automatic: Paste the URL or PMID/PMC and click "Generate" and if the article is available on PubMed Central, Citoid will populate a citation which can be inserted by clicking "Insert"

We also provide style advice about the structure and content of medicine-related encyclopedia articles. The welcome page is another good place to learn about editing the encyclopedia. If you have any questions, please feel free to drop me a note. Graham87 02:40, 5 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

I've reverted both your recent edits because the references you added don't support the text alongside them. Exactly what are you trying to do here? Graham87 14:36, 9 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
All that ref supports is "Doxycycline or minocycline is often used for the treatment of Mycoplasma spp. bronchitis", not "Antibiotics are given to treat any bacterial infection present [in kennel cough]". You cannot stretch a ref to say more than it does. Graham87 05:12, 10 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
