HATS-11b moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, HATS-11b, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ragnar lothrbrok

Hello sir, I have edited the icelandic sagas and there was a fix on my edit. I removed 2 references on the historical books ,that also corrected. These two references had nothing to do about Ragnars saga, it was complete off topic. Also there are no historic books. The nordic lore reference to them as sagas, poems and tales.

  • @Azreala: Okay, my bad. Next time please use the edit summary to explain your actions to avoid this situation again. Thanks! Golem08 (talk) 10:12, 7 April 2020 (UTC)
  • @Golem08: Ok sir. But i have a question. How is this possible? How this reference passed that was complete offtopic? The user who did this, presented falshe articles.
  • @Azreala: They may have deemed it on topic, made a mistake, ect Golem08 (talk) 10:39, 7 April 2020 (UTC)

Speedy deletion contested: Draft:Kepler-298

Hello Golem08, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I contested the speedy deletion of Draft:Kepler-298, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Not a test page. You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. MrClog (talk) 21:02, 10 April 2020 (UTC)

UAA reports

Hi Golem08,

thank you very much for the reports at WP:UAA. However, many of these users have never edited, and the accounts are many years old.

I have now filtered the user list for all non-blocked accounts whose names start with "Fuck". I have manually selected those which are obviously profane or attacking enough to be blocked preventatively, and I believe that no obvious cases remain. Now that I have done so, please do not create more reports for usernames starting with "Fuck". Please also do not look for similar words and lists; it is a mostly time-wasting process. If you would like to block such accounts en masse in your free time, you're welcome to request adminship one day. At WP:UAA, please do not report accounts that have not edited during the last 2 weeks.

Thanks and best regards,
~ ToBeFree (talk) 23:59, 11 April 2020 (UTC)

@ToBeFree: Fair enough, my apologies. Golem08 (talk) 00:27, 12 April 2020 (UTC)

No worries, thanks again   ~ ToBeFree (talk) 00:27, 12 April 2020 (UTC)

I have sent you a note about a page you started

Hello, Golem08

Thank you for creating HATS-11.

User:Sam-2727, while examining this page as a part of our page curation process, had the following comments:

Hi there! I merged the content of this article into the exoplanet article, as the star didn't seem to be independently notable and there isn't really much harm in simply adding another section to the exoplanet article. Let me know if you disagree with this.

To reply, leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Sam-2727}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ .

Hello, Golem08

Thank you for creating DH Tauri b.

User:Sam-2727, while examining this page as a part of our page curation process, had the following comments:

Hey there! I've noticed that I have merged a lot of the articles you created recently. Remember to make sure before creating an article that it complies with notability guidelines. The sources you are citing generally don't indicate notability, because they are just generic databases. Particularly, for stars, the notable references are often in conjunction with the exoplanet, which means the star doesn't deserve a separate page.

To reply, leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Sam-2727}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ .

Cory Everson page

Hello Golem08 my name is Boris I was wondering why u took down my post on the corY Everson page. Thanks Fryboy14 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Fryboy14 (talkcontribs) 18:31, 3 June 2020 (UTC) @Golem08:

@Fryboy14: Hello! I reverted your contributions at Corinna Everson because the information you added was not reliably sourced. If you need ever need help you can ask at the Teahouse. Thanks, Golem08 (talk) 19:18, 3 June 2020 (UTC)
I had Cory Everson sitting next to me during the contributions I am her son. What would I have to put down if I’m getting the information direct from the source. Thanks >@Golem08:
@Fryboy14: It's best not to write about somebody you know or something you have a connection with (see Conflict of interest). Additionally, Wikipedia has a policy of no original research, which means you shouldn't add material for which no relaible, published sources exist. Thanks, Golem08 (talk) 20:59, 3 June 2020 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on File:Julie Nicholson in St Paul's Church Clifton Bristol Apr 2006.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free file with a clearly invalid licensing tag; or it otherwise fails some part of the non-free content criteria. If you can find a valid tag that expresses why the file can be used under the fair use guidelines, please replace the current tag with that tag. If no such tag exists, please add the {{Non-free fair use}} tag, along with a brief explanation of why this constitutes fair use of the file. If the file has been deleted, you can re-upload it, but please ensure you place the correct tag on it.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Whpq (talk) 20:53, 16 March 2021 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for June 7

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of most common surnames in Asia, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Dee, Demir and Malka. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
