Yes, you're exactly right: it's a special button administrators get. In most cases it's a [rollback] link on a diff, and it also appears in histories, and especially useful for prolific vandals, in the contribs list. It saves a step in vandalism reversion. Hello, I've seen your name on the project template and I permis myself to ask you help: I've just created a new portal Portal:Lyon and I would like to create the templates for the subways, trams, bus.
