Your signature must be visible well enough to be seen. Orange on yellow isn't exactly the best color combination, so I recommend you change the colors to a more "visible" combination. Signatures cannot be longer than 255 characters long. Yours is over that, so I would recommend you shorten it (and if you decide to go around this limit and put it in a template, then you must substitute the template by using {{subst:template name}}). Per WP:SIG it cannot be more than 255 characters. SkyWarrior is incorrect above; you cannot use a template to get a longer one. Every other user on the site manages to get by with 255 characters; you will too. Second, you cannot transclude your signature the way you've done on a few pages, you must substitute it. In fact, there is almost no reason to use a template at all. Because you claim to have fixed things above, but haven't (and because you appear to be a timesink) I've gone ahead and reverted your signature to the bog standard one and protected the page from editing. When you explicitly agree to follow the signature policy, an admin can unprotect it. --Floquenbeam (talk) 19:35, 11 July 2017 (UTC) Eh, Floquenbeam is right, and I was wrong. You can't go over 255 characters in your sig. Sorry 'bout that. Follow the rules outlined at WP:SIG and maybe you can use a custom signature again (at least with a template, but you don't really need to use one). I've unprotected User:Glaxp/sig1, but there's really no benefit to you to use that once your signature is policy compliant. Please respond there if needed.--Ymblanter (talk) 06:46, 11 July 2017 (UTC) Just so you can't say you didn't know: I said the following at the ANI thread: "+/- 20 productive mainspace edits, +/- 20 unproductive mainspace edits, and +/- 400 edits to his userspace is not a sustainable ratio. If the ratio of productive mainspace edits to userspace edits doesn't increase dramatically, and the number of unproductive mainspace edits doesn't drop to zero, I'll be blocking indef as a timesink. Assuming for the moment he isn't a sock of someone. For starters I've reverted his signature page (that he made to get around the 255 character limit) to the standard signature and protected the page. I've also deleted a page he made, and reverted the remaining unproductive edits I could find.
