What does the article (or section) do well?
I think the sections are written well in the sense that in it explains the role of PC1 and how it interacts and functions in the body. I'm not familiar at all with the topic but I think it does a great job in explaining its function.
What changes would you suggest overall?
I'm not too sure if it was explained in the article but if you could talk about the factors that affect its production and function that could be beneficial.
What is the most important thing that the author could do to improve his/her contribution?
Talking about production and factors that affect its function and possible inhibition.

I think that your contributions to the article explain very well how the protein contributes to ADKPD. You might consider adding more background information around the kidney and where the protein is most commonly found. You could also include more about ADKPD and its overall effects. I think that your writing is clear and informative, you just need some additional information to complete the article. Great job!
