Hi, both of the sources you added (BETT and Virtual Worlds News) look like they're pretty marginal in terms of Wikipedia's policy on reliable sources. I doubt they would be enough to save the article in a deletion discussion. Citations to e.g. newspapers or reputable magazines would be better for establishing notability.
