Hi, I just rewrote some of your good faith work at Global warming controversy. I made a total of three edits, all of which (except the edit summaries) are shown in this diff. Your text made it sound like skeptics are the only ones interested in talking about paleoclimatology, which is far from accurate. My work thus far is just a beginning. Would welcome further neutral expansion of the geologic temperature record section (your originally and obtusely named 'time frame analysis'), but any text needs to be backed by what wikipedia defines as reliable sources. The reasons are stated in the summary: first it lacks reliable sources to back it up and second it gives too much undue weight to "skeptics" making it looks as if their position and that of "advocates of anthropogenic global warming" were equally valid when the scientific community has settled this matter long ago. I agree the edits seemed like they were in good faith. However, now that multiple editors have pointed out the need for citations, my assumption of good faith will be greatly reduced if text continues to appear without citations to what wikipedia defines as reliable sources. West New Guinea dispute

Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give a page a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut-and-paste-move repair holding pen. Thank you. "Military history" is one of the most important subjects when speak of sum of all human knowledge. To support contributors interested in the area over various language Wikipedias, we intend to form a user group. It also provides a platform to share the best practices between military historians, and various military related projects on Wikipedias. An initial discussion was has been done between the coordinators and members of WikiProject Military History on English Wikipedia. Now this discussion has been taken to Meta-Wiki. April 2018 Milhist Backlog Drive

G'day all, please be advised that throughout April 2018 the Military history Wikiproject is running its annual backlog elimination drive. This will focus on several key areas:

This is not the sole focus of the edit-a-thon, though, and there are aspects that hopefully will appeal to pretty much everyone.

Hi Gfcan777! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Template:COVID-19 vaccination data that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism.
