We do not block for extreme bad taste, but the use of a deceased person's identity for self-promotion is pretty egregious, so I am happy to say that there is ample reason to block this account beyond just this obnoxious behaviour. Yunshui ^雲_水 10:50, 3 January 2020 (UTC)
