Draft:CSX Train Symbols edit

Please stop blanking and nominating Draft:CSX Train Symbols for WP:G7 speedy deletion. G7 only applies when there is a single significant contributor. You did not create it so you can not request speedy deletion under that criterion. If you feel it should be deleted you will need to use WP: MFD. ~ GB fan 13:29, 23 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

I deleted this draft because I created another article with the name Draft: List of CSX Train Symbols--General electric p30ch (talk) 13:32, 23 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Porchefontaine (Paris RER) moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, Porchefontaine (Paris RER), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Copying licensed material requires attribution edit

Hi. I see in a recent addition to Draft:Boco the Mixed Traffic Diesel Engine you included material from a webpage that is available under a compatible Creative Commons Licence. That's okay, but you have to give attribution so that our readers are made aware that you copied the prose rather than wrote it yourself. It's also required under the terms of the license. I've added the attribution for this particular instance. Please make sure that you follow this licensing requirement when copying from compatibly-licensed material in the future. — Diannaa (talk) 13:07, 8 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

General Electric, what happened to your commitment to follow Wikipedia's core rules? Less than an hour after making that promise on my talk page you submitted Draft:Splatter and Dodge the Diesel Engines when it suffers from exactly the same issues as it did the last time you submitted it, and that all the other articles you submitted have been rejected for. It has no sourcing, it is written like a fan page and it is very clearly not notable. You appear to be ignoring the good advice that multiple experienced editors have given you, and are not bothering to learn how Wikipedia works at all. Please, stop creating new articles - and stop uploading copyrighted images to Commons - until you understand and are able to follow the core rules of Wikipedia. Competency edit

Despite lengthy attempts to help you from myself and several other experienced editors, you have continued to create inappropriate articles. Neither Draft:Ffarquhar Branch Line or Draft:Sodor Main Line show any sign that you understand how to source articles, or the basics of notability or writing from a neutral point of view. This despite these concepts being explained to you multiple times. Your draft articles are repeatedly rejected due to these issues, but you have done nothing to address them. You are also continually violating copyright which is absolutely unacceptable as it potentially puts the entire Wikipedia project at risk. It has become clear to me that you are unwilling or unable to follow the basic rules that govern how Wikipedia works. I don't believe you are competent to edit here. I will shortly be asking the administrators to consider banning you from editing. I am sorry it has come to this, but your inability to improve at all is a significant concern. Laplorfill (talk) 17:41, 22 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

Copyright violations edit

Stop adding images which violate copyright. It is very important that you do not include such images in articles (including draft articles). Copyright infringement puts the entire Wikipedia project at risk and is taken very seriously. You cannot upload images you found on the web to commons and then us them in articles. Do not add these images back to the 'Arry and Bert draft. Laplorfill (talk) 14:16, 26 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

Fake "in review" notice and inadequately sourced draft edit

Why did you make this edit?. That notice should only be put there by a reviewer, not by you. Claiming that gbawden was reviewing the draft is, at best, misleading. I am also concerned that you have yet again submitted Draft:List of Thomas & Friends Characters in real life for review without addressing the very serious sourcing issues that have caused it to be rejected twice before. It is going to be rejected again. YouTube is not a reliable source - as you have been repeatedly told. None of the other sources mention the Thomas characters at all, so they are not sources that support this article. I highly recommend that you withdraw the draft from review, and don't rsubmit it until you are able to properly source it. You also cannot add this table to the List of Thomas & Friends characters article until it is properly sourced. Laplorfill (talk) 19:02, 8 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of P.A. Problems (episode) edit

The article P.A. Problems (episode) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Episode of a TV series with no evidence of notability. It fails both WP:GNG and WP:FILM.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Nomination of P.A. Problems (episode) for deletion edit

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article P.A. Problems (episode) is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/P.A. Problems (episode) until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article.

April 2021 edit

Your recent editing history at P.A. Problems (episode) shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
I have already reported you for edit waring on to remove the TfD tag from Template:User registration time/General electric p30ch. Now stop doing the same on P.A. Problems (episode) Laplorfill (talk) 05:37, 14 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Your WP:PERM requests edit

Hi General electric p30ch, you've now made three requests for the extendedconfirmed permission at WP:PERM/EC - see request 1, request 2, and request 3. Each time, you've requested page protection, and twice now you've been told that you're in the wrong place and been given a link to the correct place - Wikipedia:Requests for page protection. Continually asking for something in the wrong place is not conducive to your request being answered, it's only conducive to annoying the admins who patrol those pages.

Additionally, your most recent request described this edit as vandalism - it is not. It is a bot edit updating a userbox on your userpage to point to the correct location after that template was moved. I'd also ask you to review WP:Vandalism to get a better understanding of what vandalism is and what vandalism is not. Thanks! stwalkerster (talk) 11:10, 19 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

I've been watching this page for while, and you seem to have/cause a new problem nearly every day. I'm sorry to have to be this blunt but I don't think Wikipedia editing is a good fit for you. Writing and maintaining an encyclopedia requires being willing and able to understand core content and behavioral policies, and you seem either unwilling or unable to do that. The block does not expire. That is what "indefinite" means. It will be lifted if and when you successfully appeal it. See WP:GAB. Beeblebrox (talk) 19:46, 23 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:List of Thomas & Friends Characters in real life edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:List of Thomas & Friends Characters in real life, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Sockpuppet investigation edit

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Xxx anon, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
