Checkpoint Charlie Museum edit

Hi Fuchs B, thanks for your comment on the museum talk page. Yes, I've noticed that user Martinakess is also active (and temporarily blocked) on German Wikipedia. You might also be interested in this: Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Nillsson. If the admins here find that she's a sockpuppet of Nillsson/Eintracht123, I'll see if I can inform the admins on German Wikipedia too. I didn't bother the last time because they stopped editing there. Not sure why the investigation is taking so long. Best regards... --IamNotU (talk) 20:45, 7 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

IamNotU Very interesting indeed, thank you! We should block Eintracht123 on German WP as well, and Martinakess too, if it's a sockpuppet. However, I guess we will see new sockpuppets like Morgenmagazin soon again... Will the IP address be blocked, too? --Fuchs B (talk) 21:00, 7 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
I just left another comment in the SPI page, after reading yours, thanks. We have "checkusers" who can tell if the accounts are the same, but only if they've edited recently. Because Nillsson was blocked here, the checkusers here can't help, but because Nillsson just edited on German Wikipedia, a checkuser there could confirm. The Eintracht123 account hasn't edited since a year ago, but maybe German Wikipedia would accept the evidence from here. Do you know how to make a sockpuppet report there? I've only done it on English Wikipedia, but I could try. Sometimes checkusers can also block the IPs, but often not, if they have dynamic IPs. So yes, there may be more sockpuppets. On the other hand, it was all quiet for the last couple of years, so maybe they'll give up again. --IamNotU (talk) 21:54, 7 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
