August 2011 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article AdSense, please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. bonadea contributions talk 21:25, 14 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Google AdSense Censorship edit

The article Google AdSense Censorship has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unsourced, original research (specifically a synthesis of facts), appears to be inherently POV

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. bonadea contributions talk 06:55, 15 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or significantly change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did with this edit to Internet Censorship. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Alan the Roving Ambassador (User:N5iln) (talk) 21:08, 15 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add unsourced or original content, as you did with this edit to Kuno von Moltke. Doing so violates Wikipedia's verifiability policy. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Alan the Roving Ambassador (User:N5iln) (talk) 21:09, 15 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Unreferenced material edit

I've just reverted two instances where you inserted a large amount of text into an article with no supporting reference. Wikipedia requires that all editors adding material to an article provide citations to reliable, verifiable sources. Without such citations and references, the material may be considered original research, which is not usable in a Wikipedia article.   Hello Frankanthonysanello. If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article The Autobiography of Frau Adolf Hitler, you may have a conflict of interest or close connection to the subject.

All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about following the reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.

If you are very close to a subject, here are some ways you can reduce the risk of problems:

  1. Avoid or exercise great caution when editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with.
  2. Be cautious about deletion discussions. Everyone is welcome to provide information about independent sources in deletion discussions, but avoid advocating for deletion of articles about your competitors.
  3. Avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
  4. Exercise great caution so that you do not accidentally breach Wikipedia's content policies.

Please familiarize yourself with relevant content policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. bonadea contributions talk 19:26, 16 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hi, I notice that you have posted your contributions to the deletion discussion at Talk:The Autobiography of Frau Adolf Hitler ; please note that the discussion actually takes place at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Autobiography of Frau Adolf Hitler, and arguments made on other pages might not be seen by the reviewing administrator. Before posting there, however, please take the time to read the guidelines on notability for books and on conflicts of interest. Unfortunately, the arguments you have put forward on the article's talk page seem to indicate that you haven't quite understood these policies/guidelines. --bonadea contributions talk 13:00, 19 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

hi, please review the policy on Wikipedia:Conflict of Interest. a little forthrightness preempts a lot of recriminations. 98.163.75.189 (talk) 14:29, 19 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
please review Wikipedia:Notability (books). publishers weekly and newspaper reviews are prefered, online reviews are not. 98.163.75.189 (talk) 14:46, 19 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
