Many of the sources are primary or talk about Harber's works rather than about him per se. That said, I think there is probably just about enough there to meet WP:GNG notability.

However, the article has a somewhat promotional tone throughout, which should be dialled down.

Also, there is some unreferenced content there (incl. but not limited to DOB) which needs to be supported before publication.

Hello, FrancesLey. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "David Harber".
