Your recent edits edit

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 01:36, 1 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Help desk edit

In your response to my comment You said "...you answered with your opinion on a misrepresentation of my behavior..." I am not sure where I left any opinion on your behavior. You asked "What to do when an editor refuses to go to dispute resolution over an edit and writes he will no longer discuss the issue?" I tried to explain what you should do, stop discussing the editor (which you were doing) and discuss the content. What about your behavior did I misrepresent? What opinion about about that behavior did I leave an opinion about? -- GB fan 19:27, 12 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

I responded to your talk page comments on the talk page. Regarding your comment above: I asked what to do in the scenario in which the user "will no longer discuss the issue" and "refuses to go to dispute resolution" Your response disregarded my assessment of where the discussion was at, and painted me as the cause of the user's threats.Formulairis990 (talk) 19:57, 12 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
I guess we will need to agree to disagree. I said nothing about you and did not say you were the cause of this. You asked what to do, I tried to explain a way forward, discuss the content not the editor. You were discussing the content but you were also discussing the editor. -- GB fan 20:10, 12 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
