Moving article to mainspace edit

Hi there, I gather you wrote the draft in your sandbox, if so do the following:

  1. Go the "Search Wikipedia" bar, enter the articl names you want to create and click "search". Wikipedia will redirect you to a "Search results" page and there will be a red link (You may create the page "[your article name]", but consider checking the search results below to see whether the topic is already covered.
  2. Click the red link ( you will directed to an empty page)
  3. In another browser tab, go to your sandbox --> go to "edit page", choose the "source editing" option instead of "visual editing", select all your text (ctrl+a)
  4. Navigate back the the empty page you started in step 3 and paste the copied text.
  5. Save

Make sure to reference your article. Sorry for the late reply ~ Elias Z. (talkallam) 16:31, 25 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

translation of Arabic website into English edit

Hello!

I'd like to translate the following wiki into English https://ar.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D9%82%D9%8A%D8%B3_%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B4%D9%8A%D8%AE_%D9%86%D8%AC%D9%8A%D8%A8 but the steps on wiki translation only showed me how to translate pages from English into other languages. Could you please help?

Thanks a lot Fmrt2018 (talk) 14:16, 27 October 2020 (UTC)Fmrt2018Reply
