Can you please Block IP 120.21.229.161 and have page protected after reverting back changes? IP is causing unnecessary vandalism. I have left message on talk page and also mentioned to discuss changes first. IP is using personal view and misrepresentating source. And the user keeps taunting back my own comments like a child.
