The entire content of the article when I deleted it was "Rishloo are a progressive metal band from Seattle. They have released 2 albums to date, Terras Fames, released in 2004, and Eidolon, released in 2007." If you can find reliable independent sources showing that the band meets the notability standards of WP:MUSIC (and I don't think number of plays on last.fm is on that list of standards), then feel free to repost an article with more content.
