My theory was that since AmiDanial had so many sub talk pages, that had you mistakenly hit the warn button on any of them, the warning would carry up to his main page. (User talk:XXXXX/sub-something) , the warning would carry up to (User:talk:XXXXX)

It's a good idea to link back to the Ref converter when you're using it to make changes on articles, so that other people know what's going on. WikiRefs should use an auto edit summary (generated in the link it spits out with the modified Wiki source), but if you can't get that working, just use the supplied edit summary on the main page of the Ref converter. I had no problem, the list loaded about 5 seconds after the awaiting approval section did, as normal. I think I can guess what happened. You didn't let it load the first time, then the second time you reloaded the page that you had just blanked, so there were no approved users. After I reverted all the users back, they loaded fine. New User Page

Hey Fetofs, I've finished renovating your userpage (cringes), and I hope you like it. A few notes to keep in mind -

• Those funky colour banners (I can recolour them if you wish) have links in the left hand corners, which I think should probably be able to stretch right along the page. Anyway, you can change the links to go to any Wikipedia page just by clicking on them, which is kind of cool.

• You can re-arrange the boxes, but just watch out you don't take any other coding with you.

Esperanza Newsletter, Issue #3

Administrator Coaching The Administrator Coaching program is a program aimed at preparing Wikipedians for Adminship or helping them understand the intricacies of Wikipedia better. Recently, changes have been made to the requirements of coachees. Please review them before requesting this service. This would be something like the Welcoming Committee, but for people who have figured out the basics of editing articles; they're not newcomers any more, but they might want some help in learning new roles. Some might like suggestions about how to learn vandal patrol, or mentoring on taking an article to featured status, or guidance with a proposal they plan to make at the Village Pump, for example. In this way, Esperanza would help keep hope alive for Wikipedia because we would always be grooming the next generation of admins. Stressbusters The Stressbusters are a subset of Esperanza aiming to investigate the causes of stress. New eyes on the situation are always welcome! Aack. I am absolutely sure I messed up using VP. User:Avenue now shows with a BL and WL in red in the main space heading, and has a "- W" added to the user name for aticles in my watchlist space. WP:WHMT

Congratulations on the win. I suppose you win the match (per the rules), but I don't know if this is fair. I'd start a second game, and if your opponent doesn't respond to that, then you'll win two games, and take the match. Essentially, this first tournament is just a test run -- we look at the bugs in this edition, and use it to make new rules to fix the next version. We are using rules created in May 2005, without any formal testing. So, um, here we are now. We'll see how it goes.

As for a "timebank," how do you propose doing such a thing? How would it work? etc.

Yeah, I like the idea. For the second game of each current match, there will be a three-day timebank. Every move you make within the time limit will add an additional 24 hours to your timebank. Any thoughts on the technical aspects of said timebank?
