I've redirected Malacrux to Horcrux because there was no indication that this translation was notable enough to support an article to itself. If the word is the source of some controversy or something otherwise encyclopedic, please revert the change and improve the article to make the importance clear. Thanks. It depends on what you mean by "something like this within the wiki network". Perhaps you should start with Wikipedia:Community Portal.
