 Tips
  • Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
  • It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
  • If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
  • When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
  • If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
  • Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

Happy editing! Cheers, Pharaoh of the Wizards (talk) 13:23, 9 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

July 2022 edit

Hello, I'm Mako001. I wanted to let you know that one of your recent contributions—specifically this edit to Gulf Medical University—has been undone because it appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help desk. Thank you. Thanks, although was editing in an attempt to reduce promotional content. Factvalue (talk) 04:12, 10 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

TfL minor edit edit

Hi - regarding the edit you made at Transport for London - just to let you know that "Examples (of a minor edit) include typographical corrections, corrections of minor formatting errors, and reversion of obvious vandalism." (from Help:Minor edit) Edits like your one - even positive and helpful ones :) - are not minor in nature, and shouldn't be labelled as such. See you around!
