Even nobodies get welcomed on wiki!
Actually, it's not really an automatically generated message, some people don't even get them. The fact is that some boring people like me have no better things to do than to go on a little webpage that shows all new users. Then, people put {{subst:Welcome}} on their user talk page to welcome them. The {{BASEPAGENAME}} variable is used just to speed things up. By the way, { {PAGENAME}} doesn't work because there's a space there. Also, when trying to give examples, use the <nowiki></nowiki> and <code></code> tags. -- 20:19, 10 July 2006 (UTC)
