The Quantum Thief edit

For what it's worth, the date format isn't a change that I directly made myself; the batch editing software I was using changes dates to the "correct" format automatically. Bearcat (talk) 08:43, 18 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

That's all right, I've reverted it. Thanks for letting me know. Ex Novum (talk) 09:44, 18 December 2010 (UTC)Reply
  • And thanks for the wonderful glossary! Which I hope you'll add to for The Fractal Prince. Both are remarkable books. Best, Pete Tillman (talk) 20:48, 27 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Kurt Hugo Schneider edit

The article Kurt Hugo Schneider has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

very low notability

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. -- Luk talk 10:40, 15 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for your attention. As you may understand, I have only created this article less than an hour before you tagged it. I would appreciate some more time to improve the article. If you think this article is suitable for deletion, please also consider the related article Sam Tsui. Thank you. Ex Novum (talk) 10:53, 15 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for November 4 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Siyi dialect, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Heshan (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

I'm sorry to see that your nice compilation has been caught up in a deletion request. Please make sure you have a full copy of the article in your personal files, so that it could be recreated elsewhere if need be. Hopefully that won't happen, but it would be a real shame to lose all the work in the article. Best wishes, Pete Tillman (talk) 15:31, 26 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
If you would kindly email me at pdtillmanATgmailDOTcom -- I have some thoughts on resolving the OR problems that I'd like to bounce off you. Also see my recent cmt at the AfD. Thanks, Pete Tillman (talk) 04:38, 1 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
