Entry is not encyclopedic edit

I object to the entire entry on the grounds that it is not a summary or explanation drawing on other published resources, but an argument presenting a very eccentric (to put it charitably) point of view that is contrary to accepted legal thinking and supported mainly by a single book, //The Law of Nations//, written more than 130 years ago.
