This seems an excellent project but I am not qualified to comment on the details.
It has been supported by a number of RMs which are a good way to test the water. Unfortunately, they haven't had much success.
But perhaps this should be developed as an official guideline. That's the other way to proceed. Currently it seems to have the status of a user essay and that is one of the problems with the RMs. Andrewa (talk) 00:19, 10 April 2021 (UTC)
