Steph Fraser

edit

Hello, I'm Adakiko. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Steph Fraser, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Adakiko (talk) 10:02, 11 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hello User:Adakiko

I found this information on her school's website but as it is a primary source I did not cite that information. Could you please help me find a suitable references for this information. Thank you very much for pointing it out. Appreciate your input. --Error404forever (talk) 10:06, 11 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

If it's on her schools website, it wouldn't be a primary source unless she or staff wrote it. I checked https://www.allmusic.com/artist/steph-fraser-mn0001571769, but didn't find any biographical info there. Nothing else comes to mind except for a google marathon. Cheers Adakiko (talk) 10:12, 11 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
I have added the information using this website https://www.rossall.org.uk/stephanie-fraser/ and https://www.buzzfeed.com/emmacooke24/so-bloody-talented.

Blocked as a sockpuppet

edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts as a sockpuppet of User:CharmenderDeol per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/CharmenderDeol. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  ~TheresNoTime (to explain!) 03:24, 19 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

This is so confusing. All my edits have been valuable to Wikipedia and I have also been thanked for the edits. I am requesting a reconsideration over this block. What proof do you need? Because I am not associated with the account you have blocked me for. I only have one account and I have put a lot of time and research into the edits that I have done. Please reconsider, don't block an account just because you suspect it. I am ready to answer the questions in the investigation as well. I am not questioning the experience on expertise of anyone here but humans make mistakes, please reconsider.

Decline reason:

It does not matter how well-received your edits were; that it is not a mitigating factor. Indeed, sockpuppetry is a strict-liability offense ... if you did it that is all that matters. — Daniel Case (talk) 18:56, 19 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

I am not associated with the accounts mentioned. Please you can ask for proofs or anything. I am requesting you to please reconsider the block, this is unfair on so many levels. Is there a way I can send an official email to Wikipedia because I am not ready to give up on my account this easily as the accusation is downright inaccurate and wrong.

Decline reason:

There is no one to "send an official email" to. This matter will be handled here. Every person using sock accounts denies doing so, since that is the whole point. If the conclusion that you have used multiple accounts is in error, please describe why. It's also possible that you are a meat puppet; even if you are different person, you are doing the same thing as blocked users did, so we must treat you as if you are the same person, because we don't know who is sitting at the computer. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 10:03, 22 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Okay if this matters needs to be handled here. Ask me questions and i will respond. How do i prove that i am not associated with the accounts mentioned? I don't know what these accounts were doing or how and why am i being associated with them? Just ask me the right questions, you cannot just block me because you 'think' i have committed something wrong. Why is your investigation one-sided? Why aren't you guys talking to the person in question? In the end, you're all humans too and can make mistakes, you don't have to be stubborn about it. I have been polite and asking you to reconsider and asking you to question me and my actions and i will answer everything. Give me a chance at least, you're not God, you're just human so everything you do cannot always be right. (talk)

Decline reason:

Declined as stale. In the future, please keep in mind that it's your job to appeal the block, not ours. We're not going to take an hour to think up a question to ask you that will potentially exonerate you. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 17:06, 30 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

We're talking to you now. As I said, if the conclusion is in error, please tell us why. Someone else will review your request. 331dot (talk) 11:32, 16 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
