Digital singles edit

I agree that they wouldn't be included with the physical singles, but where would be posted? They are always singles if published with a cover and a title, or charted thanks to the download. SJ (talk) 22:04, 2 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

RE: Top Comprehensive Albums edit

I wanna read where is written. When Billboard 200 didn't admit the catalog albums (1991-2009), Top Comprehensive Albums chart (2003-2009) was the real best selling list. It's not a common sub-chart, such as Top Country Albums or Top Digital Albums. SJ (talk) 11:17, 8 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

I don't understand all this hatred. I discuss with you to improve Billy Ray Cyrus pages, not becuase I have nothing to do and I want to bother you. Trust me, the discussions are very useful. They also avoid the edit wars. However, i understand what you said about the Comprehensive chart. At this point, i'll add it only in the pages of the respective albums. My Heart Can't Tell You No edit

I was hoping to get someone else's opinion on this. Somebody keeps editing the chart postition box for Sara Evans' cover of My Heart Can't Tell You No and adding a "current single" tag, which obviously doesn't belong on song articles and just on discography pages. But, he keeps reverting my edits. CloversMallRat (talk) 18:33, 13 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, I definitely found the whole thing to be quite ridiculous. And I really hate when these people continue to revert it back even though I've made my case. Thanks for helping! CloversMallRat (talk) 20:52, 13 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Well it looks like he didn't take 'no' for an answer. He keeps reverting it, and using alternate identities, which just further proves the guy is childish as can be. CloversMallRat (talk) 19:33, 14 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hey Kyle! Things are going good. Thanks for asking dude. And yeah it's been a long time lol. How are things on your end? BTW I've been meaning to contact you in regards to Vitamin C (artist) but kept forgetting. I know you're always busy with music articles but if you ever have spare time could you fix the ref formatting for Vitamin C? Also, a few days ago editor DreamGuy removed sources and said in his edit summaries that some failed RS. I wasnt sure about some of the refs he deleted but I knew that AllMusic was reliable so I put that one back in. Maybe if you have the time could you check his deletion of sources to see if they were correct? If not it's okay. I hope your summer is going good. Caden cool 22:31, 18 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Some Gave All edit

Why is not worth mentioning for you? The single charted in the Country charts thanks to the airplay and wasn't released physically at the time. For this reason is situated between the Other chart songs. The note is needed to signal that one year later Some Gave All was released as physical single, but didn't chart in no one chart and for this reason, is not included in the Singles table. Yeah, I wish there were more editors to help with the country music articles, too. Wikipedia:WikiProject Country Music was revived last year but nothing ever really came of it. Eric444 (talk) 02:41, 20 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
By the way, thanks for formatting Corb Lund's discography. I don't know why some peaks are so hard to find. Eric444 (talk) 02:48, 20 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
You know I'm not trying to harm or disrupt country articles. I love country music (not only Shania and Taylor) and it's such a shame that there are only about 4 editors guiding all the artists and all the releases, but you guys are not very open to change. The same sort of thing happened with Taylor Swift discography, where everyone just started attacking the article. I'm really just trying to help the Wikiproject because it really needs it. BTW, my "comrades" won't gang up on you guys. I have no idea how they'll react. I just wanted to bring some people that have been doing FL discographies. I only notified 3 editors. -- ipodnano05 * leave@message 03:32, 20 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
How are you helping the country music project by deleting country music peaks?! And you don't have to remind me what happened to Taylor Swift's discography; I've barely touched it ever since you took ownership of it and "improved" it. Eric444 (talk) 14:13, 21 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
Exactly! Ipodnano, you are creating unnecessary drama and arguing. There is no way you can say that you're helping the Wikiproject by removing the projects main charts! As with Eric, I, too, have barely touched Taylor Swift's discography because the "owners" of it believe that anything that is not added by them is wrong and disgusting and has to be removed immediately, with the user adding it being warned for some cockamamie excuse. Don't you even think about leaving Wikipedia! This [Shania Twain thing] is a no-brainer and I have to believe that common sense will prevail. Eric444 (talk) 13:57, 22 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

TPH is right, we are forming a consensus to keep them and the arguments to throw them out aren't based on policy, but I also saw where ipodnano wants to take this to dispute resolution. Eric444 (talk) 22:31, 22 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
It certainly sounds like a consensus, especially because we're voting based on policy and they're voting WP:IDONTLIKEIT. I don't think this can be dragged out much longer. Eric444 (talk) 01:53, 23 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Haha, cool stuff, except for being super busy with school, that is. I've been similar to you in that respect, though I don't feel quite as stressed about it at the moment. I also get a long winter break that I'm excited for, but right now I'm on fall break (I got Thursday and Friday off plus this weekend), and that's a nice taste of what is to come. Oh wow, that is a lot. I go about 200 miles when I go back home, but that's only a few times a year. Interesting, not the response I expected! I am highly anticipating Miranda's new album; can't wait to get it. I recently got the new albums from Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina of AI and Martina McBride's Eleven. I really enjoy all of them! CloversMallRat (talk) 12:32, 18 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
I really like it a lot. His debut album is better than expected, although I did enjoy him when he was on Idol. Martina's is also great. How is I'm American? I've only heard the singles and the snippets for the rest of the songs and thought it seemed very 'meh.' CloversMallRat (talk) 16:17, 18 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
I've only listened to some of the songs on that album, but I really like the title track. I thought it was a really good song. And I was definitely rooting for Scotty from the beginning. I thought he was great from the moment he auditioned, lol. CloversMallRat (talk) 21:03, 18 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
Oh, sorry if I didn't make that clear, but I was talking about the title track to I Wanna Be Your Joe. I really like that song. And as for Scotty, I agree with you there. I expect he will have quite the career ahead of him since he's off to a great start at such a young age. CloversMallRat (talk) 21:32, 18 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for April 25 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Madge Sinclair, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Doctor's Hospital (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
