Regarding your edits edit

Welcome to Wikipedia! You appear to have installed some software that is adding inline HTML code for advertising for certain words as seen here. Please disable such software when editing. Thank you. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 04:18, 28 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

If you have figured out what the software is, could you leave me a note about what it is so that we can add warnings about editing with the software? Thanks. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 04:52, 28 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

i don't know what it is.

Well, you did it again, in fact you changed my comment asking you about it when replied to me. Do you have any plug-ins installed in your web browser that inserts advertisements inline to articles? -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 05:11, 28 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Just to follow-up some more, have you figured out what it is that is doing this? You seem to be aware of what is going on as in one edit, you put in the stray markup, and then immediately remove it. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 06:08, 8 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

We figured out what software you are using. You are using an advertising software package from Intextual. You will need to turn off the Intextual software/plugin while you edit Wikipedia as the software is corrupting parts of the article. Thank you. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 21:43, 8 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Category:Surrealist films edit

Please do not add films to this category unless there is a clear basis in the article for said categorization. Categories are not chosen based on editor's opinions or interpretations, they are based on referenced facts in the article. ---RepublicanJacobiteTheFortyFive 17:06, 25 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
