Still interested in adoption? edit

Hey Empireheart, I was wondering if you were still interested in being adopted. My friend Roux pointed you out to me as possibly a good match, since I'm interested in history, philosophy, and spirituality. I see you've been pretty active lately and have been making some good edits, but if you'd like me to adopt you, give me a poke on my talk page. Happy editing to you! - FlyingToaster 08:24, 29 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Checking in! edit

Hey Empireheart. I'm just checking in to make sure things are going ok. I've taken a look at your past edits and they're excellent! It's great to see a newer user adding correctly formatted and relevant references to articles - so important and so neglected! I know you haven't been doing edits this week, but if you need any help or had any questions please don't hesitate to tell me on my talk page. Perhaps you could add some of what you're learning in school to articles in philosophy, history, ontology, and metaphysics. Don't worry too much about an edit being not perfect. People here are forgiving and I'll look over your edits, so be bold and fappy editing to you! - FlyingToaster 06:27, 13 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

That crisis article sounds really good! When you have time, we should work on that. Since this is a bit of detailed topic and you'll probably be collecting your thoughts initially, you might want to make yourself a sandbox (like here) and start by saving it there. It's a good way to get your article ready before the masses run their slimy hands over it. - FlyingToaster 17:14, 13 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

May be trouble edit

Hey Empireheart. I just wanted to warn you that your world crisis article may not be an easy sale. I notice on the article for crisis, there's already some unrest on the talk page about whether the article is encyclopedia-worthy. While no one has marked crisis for deletion, before putting too much more work into it you may want to state on the crisis page what you're planning to do and why. Awesome job adding links lately! edit

Seems like thankless work, I know, but your added links are much appreciated. I'm assuming you've been using reftools to make your edits - if not it'll make your job easier! FlyingToaster 01:02, 15 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Away for a bit- Will Return edit

My thanks to the flying toaster and just to assure all of my fans out there, I will be away for a bit, some projects at work bit I will return.savasas (talk) 12:46, 16 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for visiting the Perception article. I’ve tried to prompt others to get it more in line with the latest research. Unfortunately, you’ll have to wait a bit for references. The reason is simple. Psychologists and neurologists (rather than neuroscientists - tautology) are still a bit shy to articulate coherently and explicitly their findings.
I also welcome you as one who comprehends tremendous implications of the latest findings related to our perception and (psychological) consciousness. And solid understanding of these two sheds different light at everything we humans do. Ten years ago, I have published my views on my website and now I’m in progress of publishing a booklet.
If you wish to discuss or clarify something with me, you are welcome. But send me an email, since I’m not often at Wikipedia pages. ( damir@zip.com.au )
Kind regards,

Return to Wiki edit

Once there was a Wikipedian that with great designs set about towards this great machine, and than life happened. Now that life is less than maximun force (part dux), he has returned to the mighty all one information system in the worlds. Welcome to me back, that is it for now.savasas (talk) 11:42, 16 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Wikification of Leopold Godowsky, Jr. edit

You may be interested to know that Leopold Mannes is largely a copy of the article you recently wikified. I was considering how to handle this, possibly merging the two with the Kodachrome history in the Kodachrome article, possibly splitting into a separate "History of Kodachrome" article; perhaps having wikified one, you are in a good position to sort this out (I would suggest not cut & paste wikifying the other article; where is the sense in that)? --Rogerb67 (talk) 00:39, 13 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

Francis Lucille edit

Hi, I have found your username from the spirituality section. I need your help and suggestion. I am trying to add an article on one of the Living spiritual teacher. but,I am facing an problem.

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
