Can you write a new article?

Yes. Yes, you can. Worst that can happen is that your article is not accepted in WP:AfC, gets draftified or deleted after a deletion discussion. What you can't do is spam other users with senseless questions. That can be seen as harrassment and may get you blocked if you keep it up. Kleuske (talk) 10:58, 11 September 2021 (UTC)

Please be careful about what you say to people. Some remarks, such as your addition to User talk:Kleuske can easily be misinterpreted, or viewed as harassment. If you want your edits to stand, you need to return to your original account and request unblock there. Given your efforts at block evasion, there is zero chance you will be unblocked any sooner than six months from now per the standard offer, and then only if you refrain from further block evasion. 331dot (talk) 12:32, 12 September 2021 (UTC)

As I said, if you want your edits to stand, you must get unblocked first. The edits of blocked users are not allowed to stand, as that would defeat the purpose of the block. If you further plead for assistance on this page, your access will be removed. 331dot (talk) 12:46, 12 September 2021 (UTC)
