Managing a conflict of interest edit

  Hello, Eleonorazoe. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. DoubleGrazing (talk) 14:39, 14 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

Natassa Bofiliou moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, Natassa Bofiliou, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ... discospinster talk 18:48, 18 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

Image without license edit

Unspecified source/license for File:0073 ZETA MAKRIPOYLIA 21102014.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:0073 ZETA MAKRIPOYLIA 21102014.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 13:45, 29 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

Non-free rationale for File:0073 ZETA MAKRIPOYLIA 21102014.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:0073 ZETA MAKRIPOYLIA 21102014.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Salavat (talk) 00:13, 30 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hi, Salavat (talk), How & where can I edit it to a non-free rationale??

Speedy deletion nomination of Min Pis Antio edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Min Pis Antio requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a musical recording which does not indicate why its subject is important or significant, and where the artist's article does not exist or is eligible for deletion itself. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for music.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Awake (Tamta EP) edit

Hi Eleanorazoe – I'm not on Wikipedia very much over the weekend, so I didn't get a chance to reply to your message before you removed it from my talk page. But basically the issue is that the article only said that the EP was released, and nothing else. iTunes only proves that the record exists and you can download or stream it – that doesn't make the record notable. On Wikipedia we follow WP:RS to determine notable sources, and WP:NALBUM to specifically determine if an album or EP is notable. In summary, what any album, song or EP article needs are sources that show more than just "this record was released on (date)"... usually they need to be reviewed by at least two reliable publications and/or have charted on a national chart (iTunes and Spotify charts don't count, they are not recognised national charts). I left the other album articles by Tamta, such as Tharros I Alitheia, because they have been reviewed by Music Corner which appears to be a reliable source, and because I could find Greek chart positions for them... I couldn't find either of these things for Awake.

If you can find reliable sources about the EP I would have no problem with restoring the article – sources don't have to be online, if the EP was reviewed in Kathimerini for example, and you have the date of the newspaper/magazine, that would be acceptable. But blogs can't be used: they have to be sources widely accepted as reputable and with an editorial team. Richard3120 (talk) 00:21, 2 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi Eleanorazoe – firstly, it's better to keep a conversation on one person's talk page, it makes it easier to follow than switching back and forth between two talk pages to follow the conversation. If you want to make sure that someone reads the reply that you write to them, then start your message with {{re|EditorsName}}... this will alert them to let them know that there is a message waiting for them to read.
Wiwibloggs has been accepted as reliable... I'm a bit doubtful about the other two, but try and recreate the article with all three sources, and let's see what happens. Richard3120 (talk) 22:55, 2 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
Hi Richard – {{re|Richard3120}} How can i recreate the article with the same name? Eleonorazoe (talk) 2:08, 3 May 2022 (UTC)
No... you need to write the name without the code around it, like this: @Richard3120:. Also it's considered a good idea to add indents to replies so that people can see who writes each section. Just add an extra colon to the number of colons which begin the previous message, as I've done here.
I'll revert the redirect and add a "work in progress" banner at the top – please remove the banner once you've finished. Richard3120 (talk) 23:22, 2 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Richard3120: I can do it. Eleonorazoe (talk) 2:25, 3 May 2022 (UTC)
