Hello, and thanks for your note on my talk page. Actually I can't do anything about un-deleting the page since I am not an administrator. The administrator who deleted the page is User:Wizardman. I see that you have already written him a note on his talk page, and that was the right thing to do.

There are two problems with your request. The first is that it's not a matter of "bringing the article up to Wikipedia standards". The reason it was deleted did not hve anything to do with the way the article was written; it was the lack of WP:independent, WP:reliable sources about the program. The only thing you could do to get the article recreated is to find some independent, reliable sources with in-depth coverage about the program. Several of us searched and couldn't find any. The second problem is that you have a WP:Conflict of interest with regard to this subject. You should read Wikipedia's guidelines about promoting articles which you have a personal connection with; basically it is frowned upon.

I understand your frustration at the problems you have been having. A lot of people think that Wikipedia's motto, "The free encyclopedia anyone can edit", means that pretty much anything goes. But actually Wikipedia has had to develop standards to maintain its role as a reliable, international encyclopedia. That can be tough when you are convinced that your subject is highly notable, but it doesn't meet Wikipedia's very careful and limited definition of notable. --MelanieN (talk) 02:05, 26 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

MelanieN said it better then I could; if reliable third-party sources can be found, then the article could be re-added. Wizardman Operation Big Bear 02:25, 26 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
Sorry about that, I thought I responded to that. When it comes to third-party refs, imdb doesn't count; they can only be used for external links, and examiner is user-generated content, so it's not reliable either. The atom and USA Today blogs are decent, but I would prefer to see something more solid. The final link is nice as a supplement, but does not address the concern. Thanks Wizardman.
I can also add these independent blog posts, with reviews!

Transylvania Televison is also listed on the MN film board site as TV show in production in MN http://mnfilmtv.org/tv
We also have articles from the Pioneer Press, a twin cities newspaper, but they are only available via paid subscription, but I have copies that I could upload/host.
Currently, the show is producing new content to be aired this coming October on a broadcast TV station in the Houston, TX market, unfortunately I do not have references for this as yet as it is in process.
If you could reinstate our page, we could add this content and address/fix the COI content.
Thank your for you attention, regards, ElationTalk (talk) 16:53, 4 May 2011 (UTC) ElationTalkReply
A couple of those may be alright as reliable sources, though I'm not too sure myself one way or the other. Wizardman Operation Big Bear 03:05, 6 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
Alright then, I can appreciate your hesitance. Given that, could you reinstate the page with a new AfD, but give us time (say - 1 month) to revise and address the other AfD (WP:independent, WP:Conflict of interest) concerns? ElationTalk (talk) 08:47, 6 May 2011 (UTC)elationtalkReply
Went ahead and userfied it at User:ElationTalk/TT. Can't do any more than that. Wizardman Operation Big Bear 17:43, 6 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
