- Edwardx, please revisit this edit for me, if you would. Your stated reason was that nothing on the Talk page referred to the edit. Did you also see it as POV? If so, can you explain why " From his earliest dealings as an independent marketer, Blazer demonstrated a
propensity forpattern of unethical, self-serving business practices," is any more POV than "He is remembered as a skillful and active administrator," a few sentences later?
- Would "Blazer demonstrated a pattern of unethical, self-dealing* behavior from the beginnings of his career. His first success, supplying buttons for the smiley face craze ended when he was discovered cheating his associates, the prominent Spain family of Philadelphia, the owners of the trademark," be better? Please know that I'm paraphrasing the authors of a new book on Blazer, endorsed by Andrew Jennings, an authority on sporting organization crime. Definitely not OR or editorializing on my part.

COI : Morris Kahn
Hi, I appreciate you being so polite. Not everyone on Wikipedia behaves properly, so I thank you. I want to reassure you that I do not have a conflict of interest vis a vis the Wikipedia article about Morris Kahn. Here is the story of my peripheral connection. I have a friend from South Africa who I was speaking with about how I just began to edit on Wikipedia, and how difficult it is to find people to write new articles about. So he suggested Mr. Kahn, a man he knows from the "old country" who he thought was interesting and surprisingly had no article on Wikipedia. I did some research and saw he was indeed interesting, and seemed to qualify as "notable" according to Wikipedia standards. By the time I had a viable article written someone else had somehow beat me to it, but that article was just a stub. So I added to the already existing stub, and included that small piece of information about the woman Mr. Kahn is involved with, since I saw it in the press. I did not show Mr. Kahn my article before I put it up, and I tried to make it as NPOV as I possibly could. Since I dont know Mr. Kahn, and he does not know me, and I did not seek his approval for the article before I put it up, I think that pretty much proves there is no COI. However, he did know I was writing the article through our mutual friend, and when he saw the article on Wikipedia he asked his friend to ask me if that small bit of information could be removed. He said it is a "bone of contention" in his family, and he would rather keep it off the internet as much as possible. I read the guidelines for Biographies of Living People, and I felt that taking down this kind of irrelevant, gossipy information adhered to the spirit of BIP guidelines. I hope you agree. Please forgive me for not revealing this connection ahead of time, as the COI guidelines indicate. I really did not think this kind of "friend of a friend" connection was included. Thanks for your patience in reading this rather long explanation, but I want to have a long and prosperous career as a Wikipedia editor, so I dont want my reputation sullied so soon into my tenure. - Thank you for your detailed response. I agree that even if there is a COI here, it is slight to non-existent; Wikipedia has many far more serious COI concerns. We need to try to carefully balance a desire for transparency and openness with reasonable expectations of privacy, especially for living people (see WP:BLP). You will have noticed that I have not restored that content, even if it is cited, as I think we can give Kahn the benefit of the doubt here. Edwardx (talk) 16:36, 16 March 2017 (UTC)

Red link for Tara Bernerd
Why would you support keeping this in redlinks? It seems unlikely the subject would ever have an article. Same with Tony Kitous later in the article. Both have minimal coverage, perhaps below what you would consider considerable for GNG and thus as per REDLINKS should be, in my opinion, removed. Rayman60 (talk) 20:49, 26 March 2017 (UTC)
- Thank you, Rayman60. I'm not proposing starting an article myself, but a quick search engine query suggests that there is quite enough coverage for any article about her to likely survive AfD. "Do not remove red links unless you are certain that Wikipedia should not have an article on the subject" - I don't think one can reasonably content that that is the case here. My personal stance on 'significant' coverage would suggest the results I saw on a search are rather routine for a businesswoman with a bit of PR, so I was working under the expectation that should would likely fail GNG. - For Spiros Latsis, are you trying to say that we should compare the "static list" that Forbes issues once a year? If so, you will need to fix the referencing. And what do we do if someone comes along and updates the networth figure based on the "real time" version? A fix
Hi User:LilHelpa, are you alright to remove sources [1] and [4] from Maiorana article and the information relating to them please? As they are unreliable and a removal won't be challenged. It should probably be changed to "is a surname" or "is a surname of Norman-French origin", for the reliable 5th source. It would be best to take a format similar to Barker (surname) and Berry (surname). Thought you'd do the best job, cheers, --Theo Mandela (talk) 21:01, 16 May 2017 (UTC)
