Article on Wayne Lynn edit

Hello, I'm afraid that Wikipedia doesn't accept unsourced biographies of living people. All such biographies must be verifiable which means that the subject must have received some coverage in reliable, published sources. It is not enough to say that you are the subject's son and therefore know the information to be true, on the contrary, per our policy on conflict of interest writing about someone that you have a close connection with is usually discouraged. Deletions edit

Hi, Edward. I've deleted most of the new articles you've added to Wikipedia; as far as I can tell, they appear to be hoaxes. On teh surface, they sound ridiculous (the Johnny Appleseed of American pizza?), and I can find no sources of any kind corroborating their story. If these articles weren't hoaxes, then I'm very sorry for misidentifying them; if you can provide some evidence from reliable sources, I'll be happy to restore them. But, until you have such sources, please don't continue to add this material to Wikipedia. Thanks. Writ Keeper (t + c) 17:14, 25 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Wow. How rude of you, Writ_Keeper! You didn't even give me any guidance, any warning, any chance AT ALL to address your concerns, and deleted my articles about my dying father and his accomplishments within minutes of them being created. You should be ashamed of yourself for being so rude, and having so little respect for people's time and effort as to waste it so cavalierly. SHAME ON YOU!!

Had you given me a reasonable amount of time to finish what I had started, I would have added much more information, including scans of articles from Newspapers, internal business documents from my Father's firm, and much more. But now I see no point in contributing to Wikipedia if people like you are going to delete my work after the first entry, before I can follow up with edits.

I've replied to you at the thread on my talk page. Writ Keeper (t + c) 18:01, 25 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for your reply, your apology, for being big enough to admit a mistake, and for your help subsequently. Ed Lynn (talk) 21:41, 25 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
