Template:Infobox English county makes no provision for a caption to be provided for the flag image... so, if that is what you are trying to do, I suggest you stop.... I can't read Arabic or copy the text to a translator, so I can't tell if it makes that claim specifically or if you are interpreting it. What I can say is that I can find no other sources for it, the other 4 Wikipedia articles don't mention it,, and that if only one person has suggested it it might not be significant enough to use, see WP:UNDUE. @Yamla: I am not going to convince anybody to anything !! this block has been made because of the first reason which is abusing admins, so you don't need to invent a false theory about socks and puppets!
