Help me!

Please help me with urgently... I have prepared a biography page but there is no SUBMIT link or button to submit. The draft is ready for submit. This is the draft link. please tell me how can i submit this draft.

I have added the messagebox with the "Submit" button and copyedited the draft a little, but it will need more work. Large parts appear to be unsourced, for example. I don't think it will be accepted in its current state. Huon (talk) 20:36, 23 January 2019 (UTC)
