Specifically what do you need help with? I noticed you're looking for an adopter - if you're looking for help with editing in general, I'm sure you'll have someone come by soon. Most prospective adoptees don't go for more than a few days without getting an offer. I'd offer, but I already have an adoptee, unfortunately. Sorry.

I do indeed, and that's exactly what Adopt-a-User will help you out with. Since you're waiting on an adopter, you're welcome to look few some of my adoption lessons to pass the time - I'm not sure what your adopter is going to have you do, but these lessons should help give you a head start. Adoption and Friendship

Hi, well on the adoption front i am very happy to adopt you. But as you say it would be handy if i knew what areas of wikipedia you need help in. =] On the gilfriend front i am happy to accept you as a friend and have added a user box on my page to show it. Hi, sorry i didn't mean to come across serious lol. Must have been the context i was writing in at the time. Anyway it seems that you have managed to place the user box on your user page. The Spanish American War

I'm doing a paper on the Spanish American War, & was wondering if any one had any valuable information I could use. I did look at the article that Wikipedia provides and will be using that but any other info that I could get would be very helpful. Thanks.

I edited it, yes, but I'm really not that much of an expert on the subject. I understand what's in the article, but I don't have any real expertise after that. Try Googling it, that's what I would do. Jedibob5 (talk) 14:46, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
