I was blocked with the mention "sockpuppet" . I do not know what does it mean, but my last contribution was with an administrator that was not agreeing with me on a subject in French WP, and who promised blocking any one who cnnects from a definite COUNTRY, please either unblock or at least explain this "sockpuppet" term, does it mean impolite or something so??
