Does anyone else here think that Wikipedia is run chiefly by losers who have nothing better to do? I have a family, a job, and a life so I don't have time to argue and have constant revision wars with a guy sitting at a computer in his mom's basement.

- That was years ago. I no longer care enough about wikipedia to be disruptive anymore.... so yes... I've already stopped. I've also received many warnings about this sort of editing already so I don't understand the purpose of this message about something I did before I received such warnings. This image is a derivative work, containing an "image within an image". Examples of such images would include a photograph of a sculpture, a scan of a magazine cover, or a screenshot of a computer game or movie. In each of these cases, the rights of the creator of the original image must be considered, as well as those of the creator of the derivative work.
While the image description page states the source and copyright status of the derivative work, it only names the creator of the original work without specifying the status of their copyright over the work.
Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the original image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have uploaded other derivative works, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

No need to a hatnote on Sam Phillips (musician) edit

There are no redirects to the musician article from an article about the 50s producer. They more specific article would appear before this one in a search so I cannot see why they would want to one more specific than that one. They may have similar names, but there are also actors, a model and other articles and so a disambiguation page is needed, not the possible primary subject. None of the arguments you have left in edit summaries seems coherent so, please follow WP:BRD and explain why the hatnote is needed on the article's talk page rather than carrying out this protracted edit war. - When you search "Sam Philips"... a list comes up.... both of the Sam Philips work in the music industry so when you see the second choice is Sam Philips (musician)... you're liable to skip the first one and jump immediately to the second one... so it is possible to accidently pull up the wrong Sam Phillips. A lot of amateurs use wikipedia and they are not familiar with the ins and outs of how disambiguations work. We want to make this an easy to use resource for all people. - Because both the first and second Sam Philips are essentially musicians so you may just go straight to the one marked musician. Wikipedia should be easy to use even for people who aren't as familiar with how it works. To be honest the disambiguation of "musician" is still too ambiguous.
