Welcome to Wikipedia, DozenAttempts! I am Reaper Eternal and have been editing Wikipedia for quite some time. Thank you for your contributions. I just wanted to say hi and welcome you to Wikipedia! If you have any questions check out Wikipedia:Questions, or feel free to leave me a message on my talk page or type {{helpme}} at the bottom of this page. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. Again, welcome!

Reaper Eternal, Thank you for the message. I am finding my way around adding content. I have been a Wiki reader for years, and love the site. I am trying my hand at adding content.DozenAttempts 01:13, 28 November 2010 (UTC)

Links edit

I think you've just found out for yourself but links to other articles are case specific and only work if they are exact matches. That's why Franchise Fraud fails but Franchise fraud works :-) NtheP (talk) 14:57, 1 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Nomination of Franchise fraud for deletion edit

A discussion has begun about whether the article Franchise fraud, which you created or to which you contributed, should be deleted. While contributions are welcome, an article may be deleted if it is inconsistent with Wikipedia policies and guidelines for inclusion, explained in the deletion policy.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Franchise fraud until a consensus is reached, and you are welcome to contribute to the discussion.

You may edit the article during the discussion, including to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. WuhWuzDat 18:40, 4 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Rollovers as Business Start-Ups edit

The article Rollovers as Business Start-Ups has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

no evidence of notability within the USA and of about zero notability elsewhere

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 11:31, 6 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
