EDIT (talk section)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Brain_size#Please_see

(article section) n recent years, experiments have been conducted drawing conclusions to brain size in association to the gene mutation that causes MCPH, a neural developmental disorder that affects cerebral cortical volume<ref>http://www.plosbiology.org/article/info%3Adoi%2F10.1371%2Fjournal.pbio.0020126#pbio-0020126-g004/ref>.

This addition is important as it draws upon history and provides plausible explanation for the changes expressed in size/development.
