Morecambe and Lunesdale

This redirected-to page contains plenty of info on Morecambe and Lonsdale. If you think it deficient, you should add to it, rather than resurrect old material (which gives rise to errors, uncorrected by you. For rudeness, try a mirror. Morecambe and Lunesdale constituency

Regarding your removal of my duplicated work, I can inform you that I was not vandalizing. I made a genuine mistake in not realizing the other constituency had its own page. Your response was rude and unhelpful - we are all trying to add information to this encyclopeadia and biting each other every time a mistake is made will not help.

Do you approve of the UK's malapportionment as your latest edit to Scottish Westminster constituencies from 2005 implies?

I see that you don't like mentioning proposals in the Sixth Periodic Review which the Liberal Democrats unceremoniously shelved. MPs and civil servants did not however issue a remit to the Boundary Commissions to start a new and separate review, indeed many columnists suggest their work could be accepted if reviewed by future parliaments. It is typical of those who approve of Scotland having so many extra seats per head for them not to mention the drafted solutions to the current malapportionment presented in a Command Paper to the UK Government. - Adam37 Talk 14:13, 20 July 2013 (UTC)

Note re ITN/C closures

Hi Doktorbuk. Just letting you know that I moved the {{archivetop}} template from your closures below the section header ([1]). It makes it easier to navigate closed nominations since there is a break in the blue box, and it keeps everything related to the nomination including the closure statement under the related header. Your recent editing history at Paddington (UK Parliament constituency) shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
