Kivledal or Kivledalen edit

You as a Norwegian are well aware that the suffix "-en" is a form of the Norwegian language definite article and means "the". Hence Kivledalen is equivalent to "the Kivledal" in English. Both forms can be found in English language text; to native English speakers Kivledal is more comfortable since English uses separate articles. This has been the subject of some discusison and even controversy in the past.
You might take a look at Wikipedia:WikiProject_Norway#Naming for name guidance when you encounter a question like this. In this case the clause, "For locales not covered by the standard, the form in Veiatlas Norge published by Statens Kartverk should be used." So I'd agree that Kivledalen is appropriate.
Any chance you're from the Kivledalen (the Kivle valley) and can add more detail to the article?
