Hi. I have reverted your edit of the Bus deregulation article as the text you continue to insert reads like original research. There are several problems with your text but the first one is that you say "The way forward is seen to be eaither 'Quality Partnerships' and 'Quality Contracts'" - who says this? Do you have a source that claims this? If there is a source then the text needs to be written something like "Source X claims that the way forward is either 'Quality Partnerships' or 'Quality Contracts'" you then need to provide a reference to a reliable source per the citing sources guideline.
As a separate issue, it is not appropriate to write a whole paragraph in capitals. That paragraph needs to be changed to lower case or editors will continue to remove it.
