Your help desk question edit

You have a response. I have a suggestion, but I don't know how likely it is to work. Perhaps there is a respected journal that prints articles on topics like your tic-tac-toe calculation, and if it appeared there, that would have a better chance of being allowed as a source. I don't know how likely it would be you could accomplish that.
