Tool Does Not Work for Most Users

This tool does not work for users who did not receive their rollback right on the date 10/3/04. This userbox is a personal one, not one meant for the Wikipedia community. It should therefore not be listed in the template Template:User rights templates, therefore I'm removing it from that template. Just thought that User:Deskana should know why. I've been, and will subsequently continue, removing all other similar userboxes from this template.SecretName101 (talk) 04:09, 1 December 2014 (UTC)
