Sources on wikipedia edit

Bonjour Deborah. You have been adding a lot of content to Asia, a major article on wikipedia, as well as other articles. None of the content you have added so far cites any sources and some of it looks as if it might have been copy-pasted from elsewhere. In addition you appear to be using your real name, which is fine, but you might have a conflict of interest with the page InnovAsians Limited that you have created, having moved it from your user space. It also appears to be a copy violation since the text also appears to have been copy-pasted from this copyrighted source [1]. Please could you carefully add sources for all the material you are adding and also, if using a using copyrighted source, please paraphrase it in your own words without copypasting. Otherwise it is liable either to be tagged as unsourced and even deleted. If you need advice on how to edit wikipedia, pleas don;t hesitate to ask me. Amicalement, Mathsci (talk) 09:15, 3 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

InnovAsians Limited edit

The text you have used for this article contains copyrighted material which cannot be added to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other websites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. The article has been tagged for speedy deletion. If you wish to write an article about this company, please use third party sources, paraphrased in your own words. These sources should also extablish the notability of the company. Mathsci (talk) 09:29, 3 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Simply removing the link to the web page does not solve the problem, since it's easy to identify the original source of the text through a google search. Mathsci (talk) 09:32, 3 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for your reply. I have sent an email to Maggie Denis of WikiMedia Foundation asking her to give you advice and help. She is one of the best administrators on wikipedia and can be found here User:Moonriddengirl. To poperly source content, just add the sources within the templates <ref> and </ref> next to the text added. Mathsci (talk) 09:58, 3 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Copyright problem: Asia edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as Asia, but we regretfully cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from either web sites or printed material. This article appears to contain material copied from http://conference.asria.org/2011/images/ASrIA_Impax_Report_web.pdf, and therefore to constitute a violation of Wikipedia's copyright policies. The copyrighted text has been or will soon be deleted. While we appreciate contributions, we must require all contributors to understand and comply with our copyright policy. October 2011 edit

I made the page move for you using the button move above the article. However, despite all my warnings, almost all your contributions to wikipedia have been blatant copyright violations. That includes the section you added on Environment to Asia which now has now been replaced by a copyvio notice. If you continue copy-pasting content or adding content to wikipedia to advertise a company with which you might have some connection, then your editing privileges could be restricted. Please talk to Moonriddengirl about this. Below is the formal notice about Lizette Smook. This is considered as a serious matter on wikipedia. Thanks, Mathsci (talk) 02:52, 4 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of InnovAsians edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on InnovAsians requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Re: Innovasians Limited edit

I'd recommend reading WP:NOTE and see how you can get it to fit via that. Just because Nike is notable does not mean all companies are notable. Kwsn (Ni!) 13:53, 4 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
