Just a quick note edit

Hi, Davemon. You posted a complaint about a disruptive user at WP:WQA, where you requested that images be deleted and an account be blocked. Blocking and deleting require an administrator, and WQA is essentially an incivility noticeboard. In the future, if you need to contact administrators to handle incidents such as these, the correct place to do so is at WP:ANI (Administrators Noticeboard/Incidents, if you're not familiar). Your problem will be addressed more quickly there. Also, you left a message on the user's Userpage. You should leave new messages at their User talk page (by clicking "discussion" while on their userpage).

This message was written with no investigation into the amount of your experience, so if you know all of this already, my apologies. Regards, SwarmTalk 04:43, 29 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Egil's anti-poison rune edit

Some 7½ years after your comments on Talk:Runic Magic, I've posted a side-note to one of them. It may be only of trivial interest to most, but since you brought up the background topic to begin with.... – Raven  .talk 08:45, 6 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
